Our billboards are carefully inspected for any major holes or tears, but there is a chance of smaller pin-sized holes. Additionally, each billboard has an extra 4-6" along the edges, known as pipe sleeves/pocket edges, that are not included in the overall size of the vinyl. These edges may have some wear and tear from previous use, but they do not impact the quality of the tarp and are not considered damage.
